Ben Hoscheidt was born and raised in the Bloomington-Normal area, graduating from Central Catholic High School. He joined the First State Mortgage Team as an intern in 2020 and quickly worked his way up to the Loan Officer position. Ben works closely with FSM’s top producing loan officer and has gained valuable knowledge and experience from him!
Ben focuses on providing excellent customer service and strives to ensure a stress-free mortgage process! He has experience with down payment assistance and enjoys working with his clients to see if they qualify for any of these programs.
When Ben isn’t working, you will find him golfing, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams!
If money were no issue, what would you do with your time?
I love spending time with my friends and family doing outdoor activities like golfing and fishing.
What movie do you wish you could watch again for the first time?
Any Will Ferrell movie from the early 2000’s. I remember not being able to stop laughing after watching movies such as Talladega Nights, Step Brothers and Elf.
What is the best place that you’ve traveled to? Any on your bucket list?
Colorado has been my favorite spot to vacation. I love skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
