Ted Fish is a 2002 graduate of Colorado State University, holding degrees in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design. After graduation, he stayed in Colorado and started working in the construction industry, gaining expertise in home building. In 2004, he returned to his home state of Illinois and began his career in mortgage lending at a small broker in Lombard.

Through the years, Ted established long term relationships with Realtors and business partners throughout Northern Illinois. With hard work, Ted became a VP of Mortgage Lending in a short amount of time. While prospecting with Realtors, Ted met his wife Kat, who owns a Real Estate Group in the Chicagoland area.

Ted is dedicated to educating his clients on the various loan options to find the best fit for their unique circumstances. He spends time explaining different loan scenarios to lower rates and is always accessible to ensure his clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the lending process.

Ted lives in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife and son. He enjoys spending quality time with his son, coaching baseball and playing golf. Ted also frequently visits Colorado, where he is an enthusiastic hiker, cyclist, and snowboarder.
