Josh, who joined the mortgage industry in 2016, is ready to help you get in the home of your dreams! Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, move-up buyer or looking to purchase an investment property he is always ready to help you obtain your goals! Josh and FSM offer a variety of loan types including conventional, FHA, RD, VA, and first-time homebuyer loans. Josh and FSM utilize technology while putting a personal touch to the home buying process. He takes pride in helping his customers through every step of the mortgage process.
Josh is happily married to his wife Brittney – they recently became first-time parents and welcomed their beautiful little girl, Rowen, into the world. Together, they enjoy traveling, golfing and anything to do with the outdoors. Josh attended Illinois State University. He has lived in the Bloomington-Normal area his whole life, growing up in Lexington and now residing in Bloomington-Normal.

What’s a feature FSM has that you’re excited to use?
I personally love our online application/mobile app. This tool helps us move quickly when our buyers are in need of a quick preapproval while also helping them have a centralized location for all of their loan needs. We are able to mix our technology tools with a personal touch for a quick and efficient preapproval to closing process.
What your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is easily the closing day. Knowing what a home means to so many people is a very special thing and the closing day is the start to each customers incredible journey in their new home. So many memories are made at home whether it be where you started your life with your significant other, raised kids or even a home to get your family back together as kids have grown and moved out. All of these are always special and I love the ability to be apart of this journey.
What motivates you?
I truly enjoy a phrase that I heard in a sales seminar very early on in my career “The purpose of business is to fund the perfect life”. I have been able to grow my business exponentially early in my career through relationships of Realtors and Buyers which has allowed me to look to grow our team and build something I am very proud of. I take great pride in running a successful business that helps buyers finance their homes smoothly and looking for unique situations to save them money when possible. This success has allowed me to grow substantially as a person and become the Husband/Loan officer I am today.
