Chip started in the mortgage business as a Loan originator in 1992 with a large lender. He quickly moved to a small boutique lender in Milwaukee focusing on first time home buyers in southeastern Wisconsin.

Chip prides himself on working closely with buyers and helping them navigate through the entire loan process. Chip has a thorough understanding of the underwriting guidelines and is passionate about educating his clients. In-house processing and underwriting allows Chip to better serve his clients and make the home buying process as smooth as possible.

Chip is married to his wife Mary, and they have two boys. Chip spends time with his family and loves playing tennis and pickleball during the summer months. Chip also volunteers coaching tennis to high school and college kids.
