Over the past 35 years, David Usiak has been successful in fulfilling the dream of homeownership for thousands of clients in Central Illinois. Since 2007 he has been a Senior Loan Officer at First State Mortgage.

He has lived in Bloomington/Normal the majority of his life, graduating from Normal Community High School. He currently serves on their Alumni Foundation Board. David left briefly to pursue his degree in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Active in the community, David works hard to maintain knowledge about local real estate and mortgage trends.
