First State Mortgage was founded in 2007 by a group of veteran bankers who have been working together in the residential mortgage services industry for more than 20 years. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of mortgage products, competitive pricing, and high quality, ethical mortgage services. We continue to succeed and grow. In 2025, the company closed and funded 1,358 loans for $342 million.
First State Mortgage’s headquarters is located in Bloomington, Illinois, with lending capabilities in most states. We are invested in each community where we do business.
